1. Do you sell to international buyers?
Yes, we are always glad to work with international buyers, with a very few exceptions. For instance, we cannot ship jewelry to certain countries, according to US customs regulations. We will not ship items paid for with Paypal to unconfirmed addresses, and we do not accept payment for over the amount.

2. What types of payment do you accept?
We will accept Paypal payments to confirmed addresses, IF they total at least $5 before postage. This is due to the fees we are charged which make small purchases too expensive for us, to accept paypal payments. We take Google checkout. We also take money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks with 10 days clearance time. We do not accept foreign currency, foreign checks or money orders.

3. You sell used items, how do we know they are in good condition?
I seldom list an item that is not in 'like new' or near mint condition, unless it is a rare or unusual piece. If there are any flaws in an item, I will describe it as exactly as possible.

4. What is your return policy?
If I do not describe an item correctly or it is not in the condition described, I will refund the cost of the item, once it is returned to me.

5. Do you combine purchases to save postage for the buyer?
Always! In fact, it can save you a lot of money! I ship jewelry in a certain size box that I stock, and it can hold quite a few pieces. So you are only paying for one box and one batch of bubble wrap, one trip to the post office. Many times, the postage for one item will cover several jewelry pieces. I'm not trying to make a profit off postage and will never surprise you with a huge total.

6. Do you buy jewelry from customers?
Yes, if you have items you'd like to sell, can provide photos and descriptions, and prices, I am always willing to buy more pieces.

7. Does your postage include insurance?
For lower priced items, we do not automatically add insurance. We do add delivery confirmation, and totals of over 35 dollars require insurance as well. When you finish shopping and contact us for your total, we will list various options for insurance, DC, special delivery that you may add if you choose.
